Can't download images in Firefly

Is anyone else experiencing this? Any tips on how to download?

Hi @Theron30504380nw7k, are you still having trouble downloading images? I've just tested it several times, and it's working fine with Brave browser on Windows 10. Were you able to download images before, but now you can't? Or is this the first time you are trying to download an image? Please try another browser, make sure the site isn't being blocked by a firewall, antivirus software, VPN, or other IP address conflict. Try using an incognito browser (note, you can't save to favorites using one). Let us know how it's going!

Thanks for the response. I'm using Safari Version 16.3.1 Today it seems to be working. I was able to directly download. Not sure what changed, but today it's working.

I randomly gets this error and it seems it happens due to javascript errors, shown on console. Here are the screenshots from console when download fails. Really annoying as I have purchased suscription.
