P: Cannot upload reference image [merged thread]

I’m currently unable to upload photos to Firefly for editing, despite the service working for only about a week and a half. Considering the cost, this disruption is unacceptable. Please address this issue promptly or provide a full refund.

I can't seem to get any image to upload for a reference.  I tried click and drag and the upload selection - nothing is working tonight.

I am having this issue too. I did not have it yesterday. The whole Reference Image upoad zone is unresponsive. I went from trying the image I wanted to trying a photo I took on my iphone of my cat. They were all jpg files. None worked. Feels like a bug.

I can't upload a Reference Image in Firefly.
I've tried both dragging an image and uploading from my device.
It was working earlier today but then it stopped.
I can still Generate Images from Reference Images I had previously uploaded.

Could you please provide us with more details about the specific error message you are encountering when attempting to upload an image? Additionally, it would be very helpful if you could try using a different image to ensure that the one you are currently using is indeed compatible with our system. Furthermore, I recommend testing the upload process in a different web browser as this can sometimes resolve these types of issues. We would greatly appreciate it if you could let us know whether these suggestions prove to be helpful in resolving your problem.

depuis ce matin j'essaye d'ajouter une image de référence pour générer une image et l'image ne s'upload pas, idem pour la génaration de vidéo que ça soit en l'ajoutant directement ou en voulant l'exporter pour la génération de vidéo depuis photoshop

Olá, bom dia! Quando faço upload de uma imagem no Adobe Firefly, seja na área de composição ou para editar uma imagem, ela simplesmente não carrega. Já tentei alterar a extensão do arquivo, mas o problema continua. Gostaria de relatar esse erro para que possa ser verificado e corrigido.

I'm sorry about the issue. I tried, but I was unable to reproduce the issue. Are you still having an problem with uploading reference image? Have you already tried another browser?

I got a problem with uploading reference pics.it seems after i chose the pic in the upload area,nothing happens when i choose a pic from my computer.

Funny fact....upload from cloud works.

When you say it cannot load, do you mean you cannot select the file, or when you drag the file in it does not load, or you get an error?  What type of image is it? If you can share the image, I am happy to try it.

Hello, I am having issues uploading images (jpg) for reference via the browser app (Firefox-Win11). For some reason it will upload older files but nothing recently created. It seems to work fine on the guest side while using Chrome, not sure about when I am logged in. I had been successfully uploading images (my own artwork/photos, not from google/internet) for reference this week but this seems to have stopped working in the last day or so. 

I did try uploading different img formats and copying the img to a new directory with the same result. I also tried copying the image using different platforms such as Wordpress, Facebook, Instagram...all of which uploaded the img without issue.

Basic Steps I am following:

1) Open Firefox, launch Firefly and go to More Options from the prompt/home screen.

2) Switch to model 3.

3) Apply style options from settings.

4) Write prompt.

5) Upload reference img from desktop.

6) Nothing happens after upload, the img is not stored as the reference.

7) Applying generate produces an img that is not using a compostition/style reference.

I require this feature for some of the projects I am working on and can not make progress until this issue is resolved.

I'm having the same problem.  There is no error message.  The image simply does not show up.  I've tried uploading and dragging and dropping.  I've also tried a different browser, still nothing.  I've tried smaller images, still nothing.  This feature was working perfect two days ago.  Please help.

For 2 days, I can no longer upload images to edit, in Edit An Image.  I click to upload, choose my image and it comes back with a blank screen.  It was working great two days ago and I was able to edit and create some really great images.  Why has this stopped working for me?  I tried different browsers, different photos of different file sizes, cleared my cache.  Nothing makes sense as to why it has stopped allowing me to work.  Please help.
