Cannot upload reference image

Structure or Style Image: Not letting my upload my own image.

Uploading own reference images does not work anymore. Strange because it worked a few days ago when I tried it.

If you have rights to the image, you can press "Continuar".  What happens when you press that button?

크롬 창을 완전히 종료하고 다시 틀어보아도 구조든, 비주얼이든 전혀 참고 이미지가 적용되지 않습니다.

한 두번도 아니고 최근 쓰는 내내 그러네요.

뿐만 아니라 구조에 참고이미지를 적용한 후 비주얼에 적용하려고 하면 또 올라가지 않는 경우도 존재합니다.

아무리 찾아도 이런 부분에 대한 해결책은 보이지 않아 문의드려요.

Can you please explain a little more? What file is not being uploaded?  A reference image? Are you getting an error?  Please include a screen shot.

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

Can you please attach a copy of your reference image and a screen shot of the generation screen after you generate and it generates images inconsistent with the reference?

The most common problems are:

• using a transparent image. Fill in any transparency with a contrasting colour.
• using a reference image that is not the same aspect ratio as the generated image. They must be exactly the same. If they are not, take your reference image into generative fill and expand it to the aspect ratio you want in the generated image.
• colours are not contrasting enough.  Change the colours in the structure image.
• lines are too thin. The model has trouble following very think lines. If you hand drew the structure reference, make the lines thicker.

Firefly on mobile quit loading structure and style images. Typically I can turn my phone off and wait a few minutes. But no it won't work. I can load the structure and style images that are pre-loaded. We need a way to load our own images in folders so we do t have to do it one at a time.

I'm sorry about that. Which mobile device are you using? Can you try changing the browser and see if that helps in loading images?

If you are receiving this message:

It should just be a warning message, not an error. You can click "continue" and it should load the image as a reference. Is it not loading the image after you click "continue" here?  If so, please do a screen recording and share that here.

I am sorry you are having this problem. 

Nothing has changed, but we have occasionally seen other people have similar problems.

Please tell us what operating system and browser you are using. Can you please tell us what error are you receiving?  Can you include a screen shot?  Can you also try another browser as a test and see if it works there?

I created a text myself of business with my logo to use as a structure picture to then change into a neon sign, but I got the message that violates the firefly rules. Why? It's nothing explicit or offensive or racist. It's purely a text. I will attach the text I created so you can see. It's not the first time this happens and it's rather frustrating. Thank you.
