Gasta más créditos de los debidos

Llevo un mes usando adobe firefly. Me suscribí en un plan de $99 mxn. Desde la primera vez noté que mis créditos se gastaban muy rápido. Así que decidí ahorrar más y sólo gastar lo indespensable. Noté que por cada imagen generada me descontaba de 2 a 3 créditos por uno sólo. Tení 37 créditos en pocas horas y decidí dejar de usarlos. A los dos días volví a abrir adobe firefly y ya sólo tenía 5 créditos. ¿Cómo se los gastó? no lo sé. Así que compré más créditos. Ahora mismo los estoy sando y el comportamiento sigue siendo igual. Me gasta de 2 a 3 créditos por cada imagen que quiero generar.

@Deleted User Credits are one credit each time you click "Generate" (or generate similar, etc) not 2-3 each time.

Hi @Deleted User, perhaps something is wrong, as you shouldn't be losing credits without doing anything. As explained, your credit count should only decrease when you click the “generate” button. I am paging @Vivek12 to see if they can check your account and perhaps restore some of your credits if they weren't used. Please be patient, as I am not sure if they can help or not.

@J E L not saying this is the case but a lot of users don't realize that clicking "Generate" is what uses credits, not downloading the image itself.

Not sure about downloading an image. Adobe helpx: “Selecting an action such as Generate, Load More, or Refresh can generate multiple results. However, credit consumption isn't determined by the number of generated results but rather by how many times you select an action. For example, selecting Generate in Generative Fill debits only 1 credit.”

@J E L correct - my point was users mistake that credits are only consumed when they download not take any action in Firefly. Download does not consume credits.

The FAQ has a great chart outlining what uses Credits - but each is only 1 credit per use.

@Deleted User  Please share a screen recording depicting the issue. You may showcase your Firefly Generative Credit balance first, followed by your workflow, and then show the Firefly Generative Credit balance again once the workflow is completed.

As trying to use "generate fill" returns with the majority of the results with unasatisfatory results, or even bizarre. For example: I´m just trying to say it should change hands position in a drawing, explaning the better I can, and it do always something similar to what already is there, and I lost 10 credits in this stupid lottery.  

t wouldn´t charge credits for it. It should charge only after you aprove it. It´s unfair, I would say a robbery.

Hi, thank you very much. It actually costs me between two to three, even up to four credits, for each time I click on generate.

Thanks. I will. I was just using it and it over-spent me. I only had nine, made three images and now I only have two credits. Is there a way to see a click history on generate and compare it to the plan credits?

Guys, I'm sharing a short video of the problem. In this case, it consumed two of my credits in one click. I would have liked to do more tests, but the error already consumed all my credits and it's frustrating. Attached video that I recorded five minutes ago.
