Images generated are disappearing

20 - 30 sec after generating images, they are disappearing. No way to get them back

As a work around for now, I went into my Files. The images did show up there. I choose an image I liked and opened it.

My Firefly web-app generation history just randomly resets after a few minutes, even during active use.
Means I can no longer access or download previously generated images.
Setting: stable wired internet, generally no obvious internet issues

OS: Windows 11 24H2 build 26100.4652

Chrome version 139.0.7258.67 64 bit
Adblocker (uBlock Origin lite) is fully disabled on the Firefly page
I am on VPN but traffic to Adobe should generally bypass that and go directly to Adobe.2025-08-07_15h03_01.png

Video wird erstellt, ist auch abspielbar aber download ist erst nach 10 oder 15 minuten möglich. Danach bekomme ich die Meldung "Einige Elemente können nicht im Generierungsverlauf gespeichert werden"

Die Fortschrittanzeige bleibt in der Zeit bei über 45%

Hello Everyone, this is Arif and I have been facing a problem to click on "Submit the gallery" option on Firefly whenever I try to do so. It happened every browser I tried, whether it is Chrome, Firefox or Opera. I wonder if anyone has experienced it. This problem has started from today. Please note that I have the latest updated browser setttings. Also, the image I generated at the time of submission disappears too after the clicking.

Hello,
On August 10, 2025, I generated several images using Adobe Firefly. However, all of these images are now missing, and when I try to open them, I receive the error message: An error occurred. Please try again later.

These images were previously visible without any issues, but now they appear to have been completely removed.
Additionally, despite this error, my credits were still deducted for each generation attempt.

I kindly request that my missing images be restored and that the credits deducted due to this issue be refunded. I have attached screenshots showing the problem.

When I try to generate a photo in Firefly, the process starts normally and the images appear for a moment. Immediately after, I get a message saying “Something went wrong”, and the images disappear from the screen.

I created a series of images with Firefly text to image using a prompt. The result was as expected - images generated in a row. I generated another set with the same prompt with the result as expected. I then used the Generate Simiar option and got new images. All seemed OK but when tried again and the page reloaded, all the rows of images generated by the original prompt (not ones from Generate Similar) show with the Something went wrong message, as in the screenshot below.

I tried again in a new window with the following steps.
1. Generate an image with a prompt (Firefly Image 4), widescreen (16:9), Art.
Result - image generates with no problem.
2. Click Generate button to produce another set of images with the same prompt.
Result - image generates with no problem.
3. On the first row image, clicked Edit > Generate similar.
Result - image generates with no problem.
4. To manually force a refesh, I reloaded the page.
Result - first two rows of images created from the original prompt show as 'Can't load. Please check your connection and try again.' The row of images produced by the Generat similar shows with no error. Screenshot below.

If you go into Files, your images could be there. They were for me a few minutes ago.

Firefly - Ständig verschwinden neuerdings die generierten Bilder nach ein paar Sekunden.
Und folgende Meldung erscheint: 

Da hat etwas nicht geklappt
Bitte versuche es später noch einmal.
Zurück zur Startseite...

Bilder werden zwar generiert, doch man muss schnell sein um die downzuloaden. Sonst sind die Bilder weg und o.g. Meldung erscheint. 
Das war in den letzten 2 Jahren nie der Fall. Das ist neu ... und nicht gut!

The team is aware of the issue and are working on it. I have found by going under files I am able to reopen the generated images and downloading the image(s).

It looks like it is back to normal.
