I hope this message finds you well.
I’m writing to report an issue I’ve encountered while trying to access Adobe Firefly. Whenever I see the message "Sorry, your access has been denied," I use a VPN to regain access. However, even after enabling the VPN and reloading the page, the same error message reappears.
To resolve this, I’ve found that I need to manually delete a specific part of the URL (as shown in the attached screenshot) to successfully access the site.
I appreciate your attention to this matter and hope the bug can be fixed soon.
