Are you trying to generate video?  If so, have you purchased the Firefly Standard or Firefly Pro plans?

If you have, are you getting an error?  If so, please show us a screen shot. Please include the full browser window in the screen shot including your avatar in the upper right corner.  And please tell us the OS and browser you are using along with their version numbers.
