P: Blank screen after selection option

Hey, just got my "You're In" email - can log in fine and see the options - Text to Image etc, but clicking any just takes me to an empty white browser screen. Have tried hard refresh and incognito. Have also tried in Edge and Chrome but same end result.

 

Do I need to wait it out?

Your suggestion worked. I made a backup of the host file anyway.

That was the only way to solve the problem so far on a Mac.

Already done. Tried it on 4 browsers, the same on all of them.

Must be a setting on the Mac, but unfortunately I have no idea what it could be.

It's definitely not the firewall.

i have the same problem as many others here.
I am a Mac user and have not yet been able to find a solution here.
The solution with the firewall does not apply to me as a Mac user. Firewall is switched off and the page  https://firefly.adobe.com/generate/images.

Didn't ask npc, why would I read your useless bot suggestions when you have no idea what you are talking about

would get more useful information out of a 90 year old hermit who's lived in the jungle all their life than adobe support

months later and still an issue, classic adobe

don't none of you supposed [abuse removed] bother replying to me, you don't even know how to troubleshoot your own software you just read a script  [abuse removed].

Hey i have the solution, 
Step 1: go into your firewall windows defender.
Step 2: click on advanced options
Step 3: Unable access

I'm on a Mac and experience the same issue of a blank page when trying to generate in Adobe Firefly in both browsers Safari and Chrome. My Firewall is not switched on.

In the usual case, there should never have been any entries in this file for Adobe hosts and this file should not be edited.

Go to: Macintosh HD/private/etc and clear the file "hosts". Delete all adobe entries.
