Wanted to updat that I have discovered I can use all the features in Express with no issue like gen fill, etc. So it seems it is strictly an issue for me with Firefly.
@KatarinaJovanovic We haven't seen many reports of this recently. Are you having this issue as well?
Can you both share what troubleshooting steps you've tried to fix this? As well as what device/browser version (if you haven't already). Can you share a video of the issue to? Thank you!
Hey, @CMass thanks for a brief replay. We are not using the same system update. I am on win.10 Pro and its working at my end. I was just including the details of the concerned user, while trying to help them out.
Thanks for reply. I am using MS Edge Version 117.0.2045.60 (Official build) (64-bit) and I also tried Chrome Version 117.0.5938.150 (Official Build) (64-bit). I have done following to try to fix: cleared browser cache, hard reset of browsers and rebooting laptop. I attached my system info and providing link to a video of my screen since a screenshot can not really be done to prove my pointer disapeers. I moved the mouse in the video to show it disapeered once i moved to image area of screen then it reapeered when moved to a button. See what you got right; there is a missing cursor. @Douglas31189292my7z Thank you for the video! @KatarinaJovanovic Thank you both for the information. This is super helpful. I'm going to add this to a ticket. Stay tuned! I've also included a cat gif as a thank you. For you help!
In firefly, when I load an image to the generative fill tool, I cannot see my cursor on the page to know where to put the indication to add or remove elements.
