P: Cannot upload reference image [merged thread]

I’m currently unable to upload photos to Firefly for editing, despite the service working for only about a week and a half. Considering the cost, this disruption is unacceptable. Please address this issue promptly or provide a full refund.

When i select Nano Banana and try to upload a reference image, I select it, but simply nothing happens, as if I haven't selected and tried to upload it at all.

I had the sam problem, I just changed the browser i uesed firefox then i switched to chrome.

I think browser is the main issue.

The issue preventing images from being uploaded for editing in Firefly was reported to Adobe at least a week ago, according to the user forum, and this tool remains non-functional. Considering the monthly fees paid to Adobe, it is unacceptable that the problem has not yet been resolved.

Adobe must also provide a clear and reasonable timeline for the resolution of this failure. Although Adobe is not a Brazilian company, it operates in the Brazilian market and is therefore required to provide adequate support for its products under Brazilian consumer protection standards. This obligation is not being met.

There is no dedicated channel for reporting technical errors other than the forum, where users themselves have been far more helpful than Adobe’s own representatives. Adobe’s only response has been generic messages stating that the issue will be fixed, without offering effective support or concrete information.

can you maybe give us a screenshot? Often it is the case that the uploaded reference Image is not of the format that is necessary or that some words or phrases within the prompt does not work. maybe also try it later with slightly different prompt and/or Reference Image.

I have been using Firefly to generate a large batch of videos one by one and as of yesterday it simply stopped working. I can't drag a reference image in anymore. Nothing happens. Cleared cookies, caches, etc and still no good. If I move from Chrome to Edge it works. Chrome is my main browser, though so it's annoying. Aside from clearing browsing data how can one flush hout a browser so Firefly works again?
