P: upside down images

My images come in small and upside down

The last 2 images I tried to load, loaded upside down.

Every time I upload a picture it is rotated.

the photo is flipped and the resolution is down

when i want to start editing in the fill 

my photo is so small and flipped tried everthing not helping

 every image i pull in comes out small and upside down. Also the bar covers the image

Hi @Stephanie30194623nn5d, that is a strange result and the bar should not obscure the image. Are you accessing Firefly via desktop or smartphone? Did you try logging out, closing your browser, and logging back in to see if it will reset? Try switching to either Edge or Chrome browser. Also, when you write, “every image i pull in,” do you mean images you upload from your system are showing as upside down and small before you add a prompt? Let us know if these issues continue for you.

This is how it looks like, when I upload an image ou edit an existing one. the image is upsidedown, and the pop up doesn't alow to see the image
