It is still happening. i am referencing IMAGE generation. It is with EVERY SINGL ATTEMPT, not just after a while. The only way I can find to work around the MAJOR BUG is to go to my history, choose anything, then put in my new prompt and parameters. And then, after a few working generations it devolves into "something went wrong" with every attempt. My cache is cleared, I am using Google chrome on a Windows 10 computer. Kartika said they were aware of the problem and working on it over a week ago. Nothing has changed. Firefly is broken, (but still charging me).

I had the same issue, I created videos with Luma Ray, they all failed and it used up all my credits. I wont be buying more credits so Adobe is probably loosing a lot of money due to this and not refunding credits, no guarentee that if the video generation fails that you wouyld get your credits back like on other platforms.

Hi, i'm trying to generate a video from image with Ray3 AI. The app report an issue and nothing is generated but my credits get down anyway. I spent 625 credits for 2 times without a result. Can you readd my this credits? thank you in advance.

I am also having the same problem that happens all the time. Having contacted the staff, but it seems that they didn't really know how to resolve the issue.
