This error has multiple causes. Please show a screen shot of the whole browser window including your avatar in the upper right corner.

Are you on an enterprise plan for personal plan?  If on an enterprise plan, you organisation might not have Firefly video on their plan. Please contact your local Adobe administrator. Adobe's guide on that is here: How do I contact my Adobe administrator? If that does not work, contact your IT department.

If you are on a personal plan, have you purchased the Firefly Standard or Firefly Pro plans? What type of subscription do you have?
