Unable to extend the image to an empty area of picture by using Generative Fill

when i select empty for generate emtry areas it works like photo frame. not generating ( extending) my image.

    Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

    This general problem raised in this thread was fixed. You might be experiencing a different problem. Can you please show us some screen shots of the results you are getting?

    Why is this happening. This is the new issue old Adobe generative doesn't have this problem

    @Yousat368830682fjs: Yes, there is a problem with generative fill from the last release that is causing this to happen sometimes. Adobe is aware and working on a fix. Until that is released, if you have access to Photoshop, generative fill in Photoshop does not seem to be affected by this problem.

    @M H Rohan, you are trying to extend the image?  Firefly has never been good at extending and it seems worse now. Photoshop is the best tool for generative extend.

    If I want to use generative fill in Adobe Firefly Web, then It will not work. I already attached my screenshot. Why do I have this problem all the time? Please solve this problem.

      @Gabinda36850335ynq3: Can you please be a little more specific?  Is it the blurry background you are referring to?  If so, there is a problem with generative fill. Adobe is aware and working on a fix. Until that is released, if you have access to Photoshop, generative fill in Photoshop does not seem to be affected by this problem.
