Where are my favourites (again)?

Using Firefly 3 on the web. Favourites are stored in browser but they can be lost for reasons I've been unable to discover. I haven't cleared the cache or otherwise made a change to the browser. This has just happened, has happened previously and I've noticed other users similarly affected. If there's a vulnerability  such as browser updates or something locally on our systems then let's just accept it is what it is and do what we can to compensate for a flaw.

**Where are favourites stored in browser so I can back them up and recover?**

Thanks, Droopy. Greatly appreciate your answer and probably this community is exhausted with this subject. Glad you mentioned TM becaude it's running so I've got a chance of recovering the faves/prompts/parameters.

Hello @Christopher Hawes,

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem.

Unfortunately, you clearing the cache is not the only way favourites can disappear from the cache. Browser cache was never intended to be used for permanent storage, which is why it is puzzling to me that it was decided to store images there. Other utilities can clear the cache cleaning up the computer and the browser itself can clear the cache if it thinks it is running out of space.

This document discusses all the unique issues surrounding favourites: Everything you wanted to know about Favourites in Adobe Firefly.

Thanks,
