All of a sudden, the images made with Firefly are too low in quality. Why is that?

I've been creating images with Firefly for two months now, but unlike the first time, the quality of the images I've created has deteriorated too much recently. Why?

Hello @DaddyDoom,

You can turn fast mode off and still get results as before.

Hola, anteriormente Firelfy me arrojaba imágenes en una calidad y tamaño muy buenas, actualmente me exporta imagenes de dimensiónes muy pequeñas dificiles de utilizar.

I noticed that the description mentions an 'upscaler,' but I can't find it
. Could you please assist me with this?

Are you running Firefly in Fast Mode?

If that is the case, then you can upscale after generating. The button appears on mouse over.

I'm not sure what happened but ever since the photos started loading faster the pictures are terrible. There are so many weird anomalies. Please fix! Even if you have to go back to slower loading times. I loved the old version! Not trying to complain but the older version was 10 times better. I miss that version. It was awesome! Thanks so much. This is such an amazing tool.

The Image Scaling feature ruined everything. The images that come out after entering a promt are full of "dirt" of unnecessary elements, even images saved in favorites look like one big mess after reloading. Please restore the previous way of generating images.

hey @Milena369278908vgd

All you have to do is turn off fast mode.

And you will have the old method of generating images.

Hey @aliona_5180

Sounds like you are using Fast Mode. Fast Mode gives you smaller images. You can use the slower version by turning of fast Mode.

Or
You can upscale the image.
==>>If you upscale the image you spend another credit.<<==

Hello @aliona_5180,

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem.

Is this related to your other post (Why the images started to be so small? ) or a different problem?

Thanks,

Hola!

La aplicación Firefly me descarga las fotos en muy baja calidad, porqué?

Gracias. Gloria.

Hey @youthful_perfection0D4C
Sorry to that this is occurring.
Could you please provide a screenshot of the image(s) that are of low resolution?
Is the fast mode on or off?

If the fast mode is on then you are going to get a lower downloaded resolution image. You would need to press the upscale button when you are in fast mode to get a higher resolution image. The fast mode image is smaller to give you a sample image to see. When you press upscale, Adobe will create 2K image for you to download.

**Keep in mind that when you press upscale you use an additional credit. One credit to generate images and one credit to upscale.

If fast mode is off and you are using the normal Firefly mode, then you will get a higher resolution image when you download the image. Whereas when the fast mode is off, you loss speed generation; however, the downable images are larger.
