Any advices how to use Ai

So far my best results I achieved are pretty easy tasks and still if I got something it was more a lucky shot.
Is there an tutorial how to gain complex results on a blank canvas? (besides creating it my own)

I won't expect much but not a single result matched any task given so far. Now I show some examples:
A client asked me to create something within an AI-image.

 Looks quite impressive untill you take a closer look, right?
Well untill xou take closer look and see that there 6 fingers instead of 5 and the tabacco pipe is more a "Crack" pipe as an usual tobacco pipe.

There was no bleeding (none additional Image parts) to create a good lable in this case.

I changed the image to this one:

 Good thing is I still can keep my job but bad thing is AI isn't really helpful so far. (Tested it here)


Gehotorealisticnerating a picture takes even more attempts.

 Photorealistic but strange!
I'll stop here now as there is too much data! Oh and I mentioned good results.
