Can I include an existing object/image in my Firefly image?

Within Firefly, is there a way to use a starter object/image and modify from there? Example: if I had an image of a specific guitar, is there a way to upload an image of that guitar and then use prompts to have someone playing that guitar? Or, similarly, upload a picture of a specific bottle of beer and then use prompts to generate an image of someone drinking that beer?
