dont have access to firefly

for the last 3 months or so, I have had access to Firefly using my university's adobe account thru my university, but now it says that I do not have access to Firefly. do something change ? Thank you

Do you have access to other Adobe CC tools like Photoshop?

Do you have the Adobe CC desktop app? If so, I would suggest logging in through that. If you can see your other Adobe CC tools still available, click on Firefly in that app and see if it works. If you are unable to access the Adobe CC desktop app, you should contact someone at your university (IT or otehr support) to check what's happened with your access.
