In Android, I use my own photo, generate an image, keep the image, select download, see the message that info is being added but none download.

Just tried with Google as browser - worked perfectly!

@defaultmix1kq0yvthx Ahh! Based on your response, it may have been the browser you were in. Here are the technical requirements for Firefly: https://helpx.adobe.com/firefly/technical-requirements.html

Sorry, in Google browser, the keyboard obscures the text boxes under the photo and the options / actions are unusable.

Device: I am on a OnePlus Pro 10, running on Oxygen OS 13.1.  My default browser is DuckDuckGo.  Your question is interesting - must I only use Google as the browser for Firefly?

  • Are you in the Generative Fill module?  Yes.
  • Can you include any screenshots or videos of the issue?  I don't think that would help - the only screenshot I can think of that would help is to show that my files do not include any of the images I asked to download.

@defaultmix1kq0yvthx Can you share more about the issue you're running into?

  • What device and browser version are you using?
  • Are you in the Generative Fill module?
  • Can you include any screenshots or videos of the issue?
