Inspired by Adobe MAX - want to create short video from existing photo for presentation - need help!

I have this existing photo which is a still. From what I see for the Adobe MAX presentation, I can type in 'Animate dog and make it dance to peppy music' from this image. I have a lot to learn but have the vision and want to present to potential clients as motivation to start new projects. I need help in creating this and briefly outline the basics of the process so I can coninue learning and doing. Thanks in advance! - Ken
