My work is lost

Hi,

My work that I prepared in about 1 hour with 'productive fill' disappeared as soon as I changed the page to buy credits because I ran out of credits and I can't get it back. It's very sad that Firefly doesn't store my work in its memory. Is there anything I can do about this?

Hey @Safiye_Alt?nkum

Lossing our work is frustrating.  Unfortunately there is nothing you can do at this time.

You may consider taking these steps in future.
1) You can use Adobe Express. You generate an image and move it over to Adobe Express. In Adobe Express there are many options to edit, add text, add animation and many other things.

2) Saving your Images.
a) I like to create a Google Doc or Word doc. Copy the link of the image(s) I like.
b) I take a screenshot so I know what the image looked like in the future.

3) Favorite images.

Cheers

O. Nate

Hello @Safiye_Alt?nkum,

Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem.

It has been a frequent suggestion that images and prompts should be saved. In my own workflow, I frequently "favourite" images as a "checkpoint" to save interim work.

I recommend you look at these posts and upvote the one(s) you would like to see:

History of text prompts

P: History of Previous Generated Images

Personal archive

For a complete description of existing features to save prompts and images, please see these documents:

Thanks,
