P: Firefly Premium Features require a separate Firefly or Creative Cloud Pro subscription

actualmente cuento con un plan Creative Cloud, en el cual está incluido Firefly. Sin embargo al usar Firefly en la web me indica que debo adquirir un plan. Solo pude generar 2 videos

Bonjour,
J'ai un abonnement Premium depuis 11 ans. Je n'ai plus accès à https://firefly.adobe.com/generate/video alors que j'ai également un abonnement mensuel et j'ai 4931 crédits.

Were you trying to generate Firelfy video or use the translation service? What type of plan do you have? 

 

If you are on a personal creative cloud plan, Adobe Firefly video is a premium service which requires a separate Firefly premium plan. For more information, please see the pinned reply in this post: P: Plan error in generating video.

No sé si este es el lugar indicado para comentar esto, pero me gustaría recibir alguna aclaración sobre mi plan actual, ya que me encuentro abonando mensualmente por el servicio de Adobe Firefly $9 y sin embargo, no puedo usar sus funciones porque requieren que me suscriban a un plan mínimo de $9.

 

Me encantaría tener una explicación si quizás yo no he comprendido bien las condiciones del servicio.

My adobe all Creative Cloud credits aren't being pulled through to Firefly, so I can't prompt anything. Anyone else had this issue?

Tenho plano Premium (Creative Cloud Todos os Apps, 100 GB), mas ao acessar o Adobe Firefly recebo um aviso de que tenho que comprar o plano de uso do Firefly. O que está acontecendo? É um erro provisório ou isto foi retirado dos meus benefícios? Entendo que no caso de vídeos os custos sejam mais altos, vão consumir mais créditos, mas eu não posso usar? Ora, se for isto mesmo os concorrentes da Adobe vão celebrar... Creio que está havendo, no mínimo, um grande erro de planejamento e de mercado. Se eu tenho plano Premium com total acesso e 1000 créditos generativos por mês, só entendo como razoável ter algum limite de uso, não mais que isso. Bola fora da Adobe?

Are you trying to generate video?  If so, have you purchased the Firefly Standard or Firefly Pro plans?

 

What type of subscription do you have?

 

If you are on an enterprise plan, your enterprise plan has to have Adobe Video on the plan. Please contact your local Adobe administrator. If Firefly video is not on your enterprise plan, they can contact your organisation's Adobe account representative to enquire about adding it.

 

If you are on a personal plan, Adobe Firefly video is a premium service which requires a separate Firefly premium plan. For more information, please see the pinned reply in this post: P: Plan error in generating video.

 

If you have purchased a premium Firefly subscription or you have access to Firefly premium services on an enterprise plan, please include a screen shot of the whole browser window (including you avatar in the upper right corner) with the error showing, and tell us your operating system and browser along with the version numbers.

Estoy probando el Adobe Firefly, y en la tercera prueba que he realizado. Me indica que no tengo creditos, cuando mi cuenta tiene 1000 para gastar.

I am trying to use the firefly web app but when the prompt given shows you dont have access to the feature, even though my current plan has firefly. 

Please help me with this.

Hola, buenas tardes. Escribo para informar de lo que me parece es un error. Yo pago una suscripción mensual del paquete de todos los programas de Adobe pero por algún motivo, solo tengo permitido 2 generaciones gratuitas en Adobe Firefly (que al parecer son solo 2, no se regeneran mensualmente o por dia). Me gustaría saber por que esto es asi, ya que encima me saltó este cuadro explicandome los distintos planes de pago para Firefly y creo que no tiene sentido porque estaría cumpliendo con la suscripción estándar.


Me gustaria recibir una aclaración al respecto para entender mejor mi situación. Gracias.

I used firefly 2 times to make a test for a video base on an illustration. I still have 97 credits with my adobe formula but firelfy wont make any new video he proposes me to pay more... i unloged and loged again. wont work. what can i do ?
