Sudden Drop in Image Quality

I have been using Adobe Firefly for a while and have always been impressed with its ability to generate almost realistic images. However, today I noticed a significant drop in quality across all objects. No matter what I try to create, the results are far from the detailed and realistic outputs I used to get.

I'm not sure if this is due to a recent update or a technical issue, but the difference is quite noticeable. The images now appear less refined and lack the level of realism I previously experienced.

Could you please look into this and let me know if there’s any known issue or a way to fix this? I’d appreciate any guidance on how to get the best results again.

In the video created, the human face was made very poorly, it looked like a zombie.

Estou tentando criar imagens para o trabalho que estou realizando, já uso o firefly há algum tempo e ele já me rpoporcionou resultados positivos, mas ultimamente está horrível, completamente sem noção. Não são erros simples, são composiçoes bizarras e feições nem um pouco humanas.

I have merged your posted into this thread which also discusses a poor image output from Firefly.
The thread doesn't have a solution but it allows Adobe to see multiple people impacted by the issue.

Pictures created by Firefly does not have quality, for instance human looks not good eventhough I am not choosing fast mood. Generating Art better but there are mismatches for example girl has three hands or some elements unnaturally mixed into other elements.

Thank you, wel I did not save that image which i mentioned but here is a new one that Adobe Ai created for me and I post the description here as well to see what I asked and what I got. As you see in picture horsemen are not look like Roman soldiers at all, no girls, childeren are seen in scene.

In the middle of the village, while a number of houses are seen around, a small stream flows, and two young girls are filling jars with water from the stream, and two children are playing around them.

Just posted this in another thread so my apologies for double posting but here goes:

It does not give me good results anymore. I don't know what happened but it's going backwards, back to the beginning where mutations were the thing! Faces, hands, its all deformed lately.
