Trying to access Firefly?

Hi everyone,

 

Beta applications are being approved on a rolling basis and you'll receive a confirmation email once you've been granted access. At this time we do not have an accurate estimate for when access will be granted. Thank you for your patience!

 

If you are having issues with logging in after you receive an approval email, ensure that you are logging in with the same email address with which you have registered.

 

If you are logging in with the correct email address and still facing issues, use this form https://survey.adobe.com/jfe/form/SV_4HmdnIcz9sllpVI?v=e to report the issue to the team. We request you to check the status after a day or so to see if your issue has been resolved.

Thank you for the update! I’ll make sure I’m logging in with the correct email. If I still have trouble, I’ll use the form to report the issue and check back after a day.

I feel certain that I have logged this issue previously at least once but here goes again.

I have until recently had access to firefly and have used it to create several dozen images. Now though when I try to use the web-app, I land on a blank page and nothing happens.

The issue persists in Chrome & Firefox.

Hi, I'm facing an issue which seems to be somewhat common, but no one has been able to help me yet. I sent an email to support, and they told me to come here. This forum told me to try the discord server, and the people on discord told me to send an email. So I'm back here hoping someone can actually help me out.

 

Since last week I have not been able to use the adobe firefly web app. When I try to go to text to image, or any other section for that matter, it shows the intro video and a "sign in" button at the bottom. When I click sign in, it takes me to the sign in page and once I've logged in it simply takes me back to the intro video page. No matter how many times I click "sign in", it just keeps taking me back to this page.

 

I have tried clearing caches, multiple different browsers, multiple different machines, from PC to Mac to my android phone, and the same thing happens every time. So the issue is with my account specifically and not related to anything else. Please, adobe, I need a hand here.

Hey!
A few days ago I reiceved a mail that I was chosen to participate in the beta. (You're in ). I excitedly logged onto my account only to discover that I couldnt access the software. I can see that I'm having the same issue as many others here. For referance I work at a university, and used our paid adobe login. I didnt use a social media login method.

I have registered and got access to use firefly but  I can't use. When I am trying to access firefly then it's being blank. Nothing coming here. Please see screenshot images.

I signed up (using my Adobe account) to join the Firefly Beta in late February/early March and still haven't received the 'you're in' email. Could you please help ?

Hello. Today I recived an email from Adobe regarding Adobe Firefly saying "Youre in!" I went to creative cloud and Firefly still says to "Request access". Can this be resovled? Thank you!
