I've creative cloud but I'm not able to get unlimited firefly generations as advertised in your emails, etc.. Asks me to buy more credits.

Yes, it is all models for image generation, but only the Firefly model for video generation.

With the giving oppurtunity of trying out Firefly for free untill dec 1st I was trying how and how improve video creating.

But after using my own credits Firefly keeps popping up the 'buy credits' menu.

How to solve this or wasn't it for regular adobe users?

Hi @wudelong,

While all models of image generation in the Firefly web app, mobile app, and Boards are included, only the Firefly video model is included in the promotion. Partner video models are not included.

You can see if what you are about to generate is included based on whether it says the generation uses 0 credits or if it says it uses some number of credits:

If the number is not zero, it is not included in the promotion.

Thank you Droopydog500 for your quick reply.

I changed to model to Firefly and it works. So I at least can 'train' myself in getting better in chosing the right words and sentence construction.

Probably just unfortunate wording. "Not functionally limited"; not "unlimited number". But yes, they could have used clearer language.

I believe this is misleading. Adobe states that all image models are unlimited, but when I use Nano Banana, or Flux inside Photoshop, my credits continue to decrease. I’m on Creative Cloud Pro, so this shouldn’t be happening. Can anyone clarify what’s going on or if this is a known issue?

While it could have been clearer, Photoshop, Illustrator, Lightroom, InDesign are not included in "Firefly web and mobile app and Firefly Boards.

I subscribed because I was offered unlimited generations until 1 Dec. First thing I know: i ran out of credits and can't use your app. Is it false advertising or a bug?

I'm not getting any free generations, it keeps telling me to buy credits. I have Creative Cloud Pro.

Thank you for your message.

Were you generating using a video model other than the Fiorelfy model (it helps to show us the full browser window and not just the zoomed in error message so we can see the full context of what was happening).

If you were, the promotion covers all models for images but only the Firefly model for videos. Partner models for videos are still charged at the regular rate and are not included in the promotion.

Even though I have a subscription, video production isn't free until December 1st!! What's the reason for this?

While all models of image creation are free until December 1, only the Firefly video model is free. Other models are not included in the promotion.
