Unlimited Firefly Generations

I've creative cloud but I'm not able to get unlimited firefly generations as advertised in your emails, etc.. Asks me to buy more credits.

Thanks for reaching out. From October 28, 2025 to December 1, 2025 all new and existing subscribers of select plans including Creative Cloud Pro, Firefly Standard, Pro, and Premium, and credit add-on subscriptions (2000 Credits, 7000 Credits, and 50000 Credits) will receive unlimited generations on all AI image models and the Firefly Video model in the Firefly web and mobile app and Firefly Boards. Here is the link to the FAQ.

Looks like the issue was that I was using the other models, the offer’s
wording is pretty unclear, it makes it sound like it applies to all of
them. Anyway, it’s working fine now when I stick to the Firefly model only.

Thank you for your message. 

The unlimited generations are for all image models and the Firelfy video model. Partner video models are not included in the promotion. Were you using partner models?  It shows to the left of the generate button hoe many credits the generation you are about to do will use. Ones included in the promotion will say "0 credits".

Not sure if you are using the mobile or desktop. 

Could you try the web version of Adobe Firefly on the desktop?

1) Could you try logging out and back into your device?

2) Could you please provide a screenshot of the msg you are receiving?

I’m using the app and my credits are being consumed for image generation inside Photoshop, even though the current promotion is supposed to provide unlimited credits until December 1 for Pro users. Previously everything worked correctly, credits were resetting daily, but now they are being deducted again.

 

Could any agent you please check what’s happening and restore the proper unlimited-credit status for my account?

I am using your app and points are being taken away for video images in the Firefly app.  Previous you were charging 500 points per video. What is going on. Restore points. Thank you and give unlimted until Dec 1.  I was told in the Max Conference the un limited as well as when i signed into the app.   Angela clark

I have a paid subscription already.  I have not used all of my credits with 8 generated videos. why am i now being asked to pay for more credits when its supposed to be unlimited until december 1st

Thanks for reaching out. The videos generated through partner models are subject to charges. You can also see the number of credits used for the particular video in the bottom right, just beside the generate button.  

Please share a screenshot of the complete screen. We are here to help.

I just upgraded my Adobe plan in order to utilize the unlimited credits till Dec 1st.  This is what it say in the app:

"Firefly app only: Enjoy unlimited generations with all image models and the Firefly Video Model until December 1."

 

Except I just did 2 generations and was deducted 800 credits.  

 

Have i misunderstood?

Did you generate using a video model other than the Firefly Model, such as one of these:

Partner video models are not included in this promotion. The promotion covers all image models, but only the Firefly video model.

Ref above in the various levels of firefly it says insufficient credits.  Why should it say that if on microsoft you are promoting it is free unlimited images until december something?

The unlimited generations apply to all image models and the Firefly video model. Partner video models are not part of this promotion. Were you using a partner model? You can check the credit usage indicator located to the left of the Generate button. It shows how many credits each generation will use. Models included in the promotion will display “0 credits.”

Adobe Firefly boards desktop online. I'm unclear as to whether or not I have credits. When I try to generate, it says I need to buy more, but my account benefits say unlimited. Can you clarify?

Hello @SNunez81,

Thank you for your message. 

There are two groups of Firefly services. Standard and premium. Standard services include text to image generation using Firefly models. Premiun services include text to video generations or text to video using any model.

 

If you have a plan that includes Firefly premium services, such as Firefly Pro or Creative Cloud Pro, you have unlimited standard Firefly services but still consume credits for premium services.

 

Your second image says you have zero credits remaining from a 4,000 credits monthly entitlement. You will receive new credits on your anniversary date, November 25. Until then, you can continue to generate standard Firefly services, but not premium (unless you purchase more credits).

I have the 7.000 credits monthly as well as the 50.000credits monthly, as I am a member of the Adobe VIP community.
I want to generate a video in firefly, and this should work at the moment, as all video generations are free until first of december, right? But it tells me that I do not have enought credits.

What can I do now?

Thank you for your message. 

The free generations are images (any model) and videos (Firefly model only). If you are generating using a video model other than Firefly, it is not free. Double check how many credits you have left by clicking on you avatar in the upper right corner to see if you have sufficient credits for the generation you are trying to do. It lists how many credits the generation you are about to do will expend:
