“Upscale all” is the only option

I no longer see a button that allows me to upscale a single image. It’s "upscale all” or "download all" or “open in photoshop web" no other choice. It doesn't matter if it is slow mode or fast mode. I don't want to upscale or download all the images just a single image. It's eating my credits.

Hello @j K,

Can you use Photoshop web directly? If you go to: https://photoshop.adobe.com/

This is how things are supposed to work:

  • Download all downloads all four images in that generation. (Not all the images visible on the page from multiple genenerations.)
  • If you have fastmode generated images that have not been upscaled, "download all" will download low resolution versions.
  • If you have fastmode generated images that have been upscaled, "download all" will download high resolution images.
  • If fastmode is turned off, "download all" will download high resolution images.
  • If "upscale all" is not visible, then you do not have low resolution fastmode generated images in the generation row. They have either been upscaled or fastmode is turned off.

Hello @j K,

Upscale all uses just one credit for all four images. It does not charge one credit per image.

You should see a download button within each image when you hover over the image. It is button "A" in this graphic:

If you are not seeing button "A", please show us a screenshot of what you are seeing.

Apple M1 Pro
Sonoma 14.5
Safari

Using the free 1000 credits per month version,

Ok, knowing that "upscale all" uses just one credit is good to know,
Oddly enough "upscale all" is not appearing now.

I was hesitant to use that "download all" because I thought it was going to download everything. Seems vague.

I see "download all" I now understand that "upscale all" and "download all" only refers to the group of four.

I see button "A", but I could't tell if I was downloading a low Rez or hi Rez image. I do not see any "hover" info about the image when hovering over button "A"

It seems to me that it would be much more visually efficient to have
"Upscale image" and "open in photoshop web" only appear in the "Edit" dropdown list.

Or perhaps "upscale and download image" and "download low res Image" in "Edit" dropdown.

But yes, oddly enough, I don't even see "upscale all" presented anywhere now.

And now I see when pressing "open in photoshop web" I see this little furry guy saying
Photoshop web will not open.

Perhaps a setting on my end.

I do see that my Mac is due an update for 15.3.1

Sorry I should have done that before getting all huffy.

So I will do that, and post any change.

Thank you very much for your time and attention.

JK
