I received a pop-up stating that my account has been blocked, preventing me from generating any further artworks, even though I haven't created anything misleading or offensive to anyone.

My adobe firefly accounts got a warning notification on the homepage
at the top with the sentence that is "You no longer have access to Firefly because you violated our User Guidelines. Visit our FAQ page to learn more."
Even though I didn't do anything wrong, what the problem is?

Dear Adobe Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek clarification and assistance regarding a notification I received upon logging into my Adobe Firefly account. The notification states: “You no longer have access to Firefly because you violated our User Guidelines. Visit our FAQ page to learn more.” I am puzzled by this warning as I am not aware of any actions on my part that would constitute a violation of the User Guidelines. I have always strived to comply with all the terms and conditions set forth by Adobe. Could you please provide me with specific details regarding the nature of the alleged violation? Additionally, I would appreciate guidance on the steps I can take to resolve this issue and regain access to my account. I have already visited the FAQ page as suggested, but I was unable to find information that pertains to my situation. I am eager to understand the problem and work towards a solution. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response. Best regards,

Can the Community Team reinstate my access?
Is there a better way to reach out to the community team?
Thanks

There doesn't seem to be a support option if you are not a business. I am an individual creating images in Adobe as a hobby (currently a 7 day free version) - which, I may turn into a business by posting them on Adobe Stock (I have just got an Adobe Stock account).
So I if I do set up as a business I am most likely to be a sole trader/ freelancer.
The contact pages also redirect to a UK page which is not helpful. But whether you go to the UK page or the USA page it ultimately just redirects you back here.

No idea. Support just redirects you to this page. I am assuming it is a bug.

You can always contact support, whether you are an entrepreneur or a user. Simply go to the Adobe website for your country and click on the blue speech bubble at the bottom right. Then you first talk to a bot until you tell it that you want to talk to an employee. If you are a stock contributor you need to contact the following support: https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/contributor/help/Need-Help-Contact-Us.html

Check your firewall settings/Window Defender and make sure you have Adobe Firefly listed and allowed.
