Flat logo effects

Would be great to generate flat effects and select an area like specific words or even letters where these effects are applied. Like the tentacles on the attached logo that are used on a specific word or even outside of the logo.

One Idea

for example "My Voice"

i want to apply two different color or design.. on same screen for two different text .

ex :-
"My Voice"
apply for "My" - pink hawaiian hibiscus flowers and leaves realistic
apply for "Voice" - plastic wrap shiny wrinkles

i am not sure if it is a valid usecase,but still you can reach me incase want to understand more
