No encuentro en todo internet ninguna herramienta IA, que me sirva para editar o crear patas a sillas o que se  puedan crear dentro de la misma imagen.

Have you tried using Generative Fill or Composition reference to help?

With Generative Fill you can add to an existing image and Composition reference would allow you to upload a reference image to assit with specificity.

Otherwise prompting is definitely going to help - the more specific you can get, the better the results.
