As it appears you have discovered, if the model encounters a prompt written in a language other than English, and it is a supported language, it translates it into English before processing it. (If it is in an unsupported language, it most likely will generate an error.) This also has the side effect of translating text that people are trying to insert into an image.
There is no "clean" way around this. The best option seems to be to ensure that the prompt does not get translated. You can do this by writing the prompt in English except for the words you want displayed. This still might generate an error or translation. In those cases, you can try to break the words up with spaces or punctuation to trick it into not thinking it is a foreign language. You might have to edit the photo afterwards to remove stray punctuation.
The other option is to create a place holder for the text and add the text in with Photoshop or Adobe Express.
