Need a button to clear all the selected settings or to make it a default

There is a clear button. Just underneath where you type in the prompt. 

I can't help with the saving text. I know that most of the prompt text is saved with the file name, but for very long prompts this of course doesn't work. If I really need to save the text prompt I copy it to a file to save separately. Hopefully this is something the developer team might implement in the future.
