Need a faster, better, easier way to select and delete multiple generation history images in Firefly.

The vast majority of images Firefly creates for my work aren't usable or have small errors in them. However, there's no quick/easy way to delete multiple images at once. So I end up getting hundreds of unneeded images in my generation history that I don't want/don't need. That unnecessarily takes up storage and makes it harder to find images I need to reuse or regenerate as a baseline image.

Aah! Shift + Click did the trick! That enables selection of multiple blocks of images for deletion. Thanks!

Hey @Daniel36460820ir05

Just to add a bit more to what Kartika mentioned.
I find using the shift + click selects multiple images works.

Selecting multiple images in Generation and Favorites

I created a short video on how to do this.

Cheers

Hi @lisastarr8,

Just to be clear, because this is not necessarily natural for a Mac User, you are using <CTRL>-A, not <COMMAND>-A, right?

Hi @lisastarr8,

It does for me on MacOS and Windows.  What browser are you using?

HI droopy,

Thanks for the reply! I’m using OSX 15.5 and a Chrome browser. In the Firefly generation history gallery, I can hover over and click on the upper left-hand box that appears over an image, then "delete permanently” in the menu that appears at the bottom of the page. It is possible to select multiple images by hand in this panel, but there seems to be no way to select all, as far as I can find…

ctrl a doesn't select anything in generation history...

Please...or give us the ability to determine the size of the thumbnails. Getting rid of unwanted images is just painful.

Hi @Daniel36460820ir05!

Thanks for your feedback! We understand how important it is to manage your generation history efficiently, especially when working with large volumes of images.

You can select all images in the History generation by clicking "Ctrl+A" and then deselecting the ones that you want to keep.

Let us know how it goes.
