Thank you for your message. I am sorry you are having this problem. 

 

This feature is only available to enterprise customers. If you are an enterprise customer, you need to speak with your local Adobe administrator. They are the only ones who can enable this feature for you. If you are not sure who that person is, start with your IT department.
