ME will not load. produces and error when opening

Adobe ME 2021 when downloaded from Creative Cloud app produces an error and will not open.

 

I am currently using a iMac on macOS Big Sur 11.3

 

Can someone contact me so I can download and use the software.

Hi there, I am experiencing the same problem. I am running on Big Sur 11.4 (just updated) and tried reinstalling Media Encoder. Still no change. Right now, I'm importing my footage into After Effects which can successfully be added to Media Encoder Queue as a composition. It's pretty tedious, so hopefully this issue can be resolved.

Yes I did, still a problem.  I even tried putting in version 14.9, that at one time worked but even that did not help

We appreciate you writing in. I understand AME does not load for you. Could yu share more details?

  1. What error do you get when you try to launch the application?
  2. Was it working fine with the previous version?
  3. Do you have any other Adobe application?

Hi Shivangi,

 

I am also experiencing this same issue and have followed the same steps as gordonj24399239.

 

Is there a fix? I desperately need this to be working ASAP.

Hi Shivangi,

Yes, I first uninstalled, re-started, then re-installed.

No Luck.

I also completed an MacOS update this morning, 11.3.1 and after re-start, thought that maybe it would help. 

Unfortunately, none of the above has corrected the error. I am still unable to load ME.

I see! The issue is happening only with AME 15.1 which is weird.

I suggest performing clean installation of Adobe applications.
