Premiere pro and after effects are not exporting h.264 correctly

when I export video from Adobe PR and AE in mp4 format. It shows the glitchy screen stuck and audio only. I tried cleaning the cache and turning off hardware acceleration but nothing worked. The video size is just 500 kb which is also very strange, it should be around 15 to 20 mb. plzz guide  ...........

Hi @Ahtisham34727669mghg,

Thanks for writing in. Can you give us complete system details? If you have an NVIDIA card, please try rolling back the GPU driver. @Peru Bob's advice could also work for you. Let us know if these things helped. Sorry for the problem.

Thanks,
Kevin

There seems to be some issues with the current driver. Roll back a driver and try again.

Make sure its the Studio Driver.

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.
