when I export video from Adobe PR and AE in mp4 format. It shows the glitchy screen stuck and audio only. I tried cleaning the cache and turning off hardware acceleration but nothing worked. The video size is just 500 kb which is also very strange, it should be around 15 to 20 mb. plzz guide ...........
Thanks for writing in. Can you give us complete system details? If you have an NVIDIA card, please try rolling back the GPU driver. @Peru Bob's advice could also work for you. Let us know if these things helped. Sorry for the problem.

There seems to be some issues with the current driver. Roll back a driver and try again.
Make sure its the Studio Driver.

Please post comp specs, Premiere version and build, MediaInfo info in Treeview on footage used, sequence settings and export settings.

The premiere and after effects version is the latest one.

Try turning off Hardware encoding in the Video tab of the export settings.

turning off the Hardware encoding actually worked , but what's the main issue here?
I have Nvidia gtx 1650 card and latest studio drivers intalled.....
