Unable to launch Media encoder

since this morning media encoder does not start up any more.  it blocks on "loading importer quicktime bundle"  Help !

in the meantime I have already been able to solve the problem by deleting the entire app with mac cleaner and then downloading and installing the app again

It applies to Premiere but can be adapted for AME as well.

    I used the 2020 version, it worked long time good and then all of the sudden this problem appeared
