Adobe Podcast Enhancer is not working

Adobe Podcast Enhance no longer works. There is an infinite loader.
This happens after login.
Already tried: reset firewall settings, enable VPN, log in from another device
Two days ago, everything was working fine

Sometimes after 10 reboots it displays the block for unloading. But it doesn't work

Hey everyone -podcast has not been working since yesterday, German time, this afternoon neither. It´s the 23rd of April today. "CustomerSupport" have you heard of this as of now? I keep seeing what it says in the screenshot. Thank you so much in advance

This has been broken for the last 3 days. The spinner just spins endlessly after upload, even after waiting up to an hour. Tried in both Chrome and Firefox. I did notice some errors in the console upon page load in both browsers - not sure if it's related. I did send a message to the adobe podcast feedback email, as well.

Not working today either in UK.  Tried WAVs and MP3s, stereo, mono, in Edge, in Chrome all rejected.

Just tried reloading the page and one upload upload and now told I've reached my 3 hours of enhancement per day and yet I've not had one successful file uploaded!

Nothing would upload, refreshed page, logged out. Logged into different account. It worked once only and then nothing but fail messages again. Frustrating.

Also, the filtering level is too aggressive. Even the vocals recorded well and close-mic'd now sound bubbly and unnatural. It's needs an option to dial it back.

Is still down. Been trying for the past week but everytime I add a new file, it stays in the "some files can take up to 10 mins to enhance" and that's it. Not even an error message appears.

Hello, hasn't worked for me for several weeks. Once the file is uploaded, the processing never stops.

I tried several times always got this message "Loading enhanced track failed. Please try again." so I tried every ways, like re-login, clear cash, make another file type and so on.... but still not working (2023/07/31)
