Unable to upload files

Hi all. I'm trying to upload an audio file to edit, but I cannot upload anything. All of the files are grayed out and not available to click. It's the premium version; this is the first time we've used it today (so we haven't hit a daily limit). Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

With Studio, we support the following file formats:

wav
mp3
m4a

Thank you for your reply. We use the m4a file, but it's grayed out and can't be selected. We've used the program previously. The issue started the day before I posted. I've cleared my browsing data and tried again, but it's still not working.
