Adobe Scan isn't working properly on iphone - I have a subscription but it no longer lets me save

What's wrong with adobe scan? I used to be able to save the files I scan but now it just lets me send them somewhere to save elsewhere. I have a paid subscription. HELP!

I cannot do a video right now but basically, I open the app, scan a document it goes to save, then an error pops up that says: "Unable to upload The Adobe cloud storage free storage limit has been reached. Subscribe to Premium to increase your limit."

But I am already subscribed to premium.

Hope you are doing well and thanks for sharing the information. The Adobe Scan documents are saved to the Adobe Document Cloud by default. To check your cloud storage limit, please login to the Document Cloud here https://adobe.ly/4997qLk > Documents and check the storage limit shown in the lower left corner of the page.

Would you mind sharing more details about the issue you are experiencing? 

  • What is the version of the Adobe Scan app and the iOS you are using? To check the version of the app, tap on the profile icon > About Adobe Scan app and try updating it to the latest version available on the App Store, and reboot the device. 

  • Also, a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs would be very helpful for more clarity and understanding.
