Hello, how can I prevent the app from logging me off each time? It's cumbersome having to re-enter credentials each time.i need to scan. Thanks.
A new release has been posted (Version 18.02.23) that should fix having to constantly log in. After you update, you may need to log in again one time if the previous version had already been logged out.
If you still have this problem after being logged into the new version, please let me know. (You can check the app version at the top of About Adobe Scan page)
Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan,
Would you mind trying to uninstall the app and then reinstall?
Note: Doing this will remove any unsaved data. Please make sure to keep a backup to prevent this.
Hope this helps.

I had been quite merrily using the app, with no issues, but now for some reason, I too have to login at least once a day.
It is still a really great app, nonetheless, but this constant re-logging is insufferable.

Add one more to the number of folks who have to log in daily. I believe it started about three weeks ago. Not sure when the last update was, but that's usually the culprit.

Same problem on a GS7 Edge Android 7.0. Very irritated because I use two-factor authentication and despite checking the box to remember me, I must also use the code sent to me.

1. I also noticed that any of my settings also reset to default for every login, although I have already granted permission to the application for storage.
2. May I also propose to include a confirmation procedure before converting to pdf; it is very easy to press the "make pdf button" due to same position of the tick button in the photo trimming (sometimes the screen lag and make the press twice). As the pdf is made, to edit the rest of the same pdf I can only re-import the whole gallery again and do the editing.
