Hi @andreas24587496mtmk,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.

When you airdrop a file to your device, the file is stored in temporary storage on the device and needs to be saved to the local storage folder first. Can you try the below steps:

1. Click the share button after opening the image;

2. Scroll down to locate the option "Save to Files."

3. Select the location and save the file;

4. open Adobe Scan;

5. Locate the folder and select the file to import.

Hope this helps.

Ok, I can save the file. But how to open an image from a folder in AS?

Hi @Andreas30734084jzxy,

When you open Adobe Scan-> Click on Home-> click the blue image icon on the bottom right-> You can toggle the option "Show only Documents," and any file that is saved to the Files App should show up there.

to 3., there I read: Object is saved under "Adobe Scan" on "On my iPhone".

Then I tap "Save.

But I can't find it in AS.

According to which criteria are the images listed? Creation date, added e.g.?

Should it be in the first place?

But there is another way:

After the first point:
2. tap the AS icon.

The picture is then in the AS when you open it.
