If you want to reduce the dimension of the scan then you can use the resize option within the app. If you want to reduce the file size i.e. the storage amount the file takes on your device, then you will need to do that in Acrobat. Check out the following discussion for more details

follow these steps:

1. Open the Adobe Scan app on your device.

2. Choose the scanned document you want to reduce the file size of from the document list.

3. Tap on the three-dot menu icon (usually located in the top-right corner) to open the options menu.

4. Select "Reduce File Size" from the menu options.

5. Adobe Scan will then compress the scanned document to reduce its file size. This process may take a few seconds to complete, depending on the size of the document.

6. Once the file size reduction is complete, you can save the document with the reduced size by tapping on the "Save" or "Save As" option.
