Hello. The copy to feauture is not available anymore on my android phone. It was available 2 days ago. Do you know why and if it gonna be back?

I’ve tried to reproduce the issue on my end, and I was able to access the "Copy to" option
Could you let me know if this issue is specific to a particular file, or if it's occurring with all PDFs? It might be helpful to try with a different file to see if the problem persists.
Also, could you please share the version of the Scan mobile app and your device's operating system? Also, try updating the app from the Google Play Store or Samsung Store and reboot the device once.
If the issue still persists, a short video showing the steps you're taking and how the issue appears would greatly assist us in troubleshooting.

I'm well and I hope you too.
I scaned a few pages today and I still cannot see the "copy to" option.
I have the version 24.09.12-google-dynamic and I have an android phone. App is updated, last update at 12 September 2024.
I attach 2 screenshots, one from 2 days agao and one today.

Thank you for the update!
When you save a scan, it’s automatically uploaded to Adobe Cloud Storage by default. However, you can also save your scans to third-party cloud apps installed on your device.
Adobe Scan will detect any installed cloud storage providers and update the menu to display relevant saving options. Please ensure that the third-party cloud apps are properly installed on your device.
Note: If only one storage app is installed, the menu will show "Copy to [Provider Name]" as the option.
If the issue persists, could you please provide the make, model, and OS version of your Android device? Additionally, sharing a screen recording of the issue would greatly help us in further investigating the problem.

Hello fanigd, thank you for the report! We were able to reproduce the problem, and am wondering if it's the same problem as yours. On System setting (system's Settings> General management > Language), do you have any fall back language set? The language showing on the video (I'm guessing Greek?) is not officially supported language for Adobe Scan, and I suspect that's why you're experiencing the problem. Would you mind trying the workaround:
1. In system's Settings> General management > Language, set English as fall back language (2nd on the list)
2. Restart the device
3. Check if Copy to... menu item appears in Adobe Scan
