Every time I open Acrobat Pro suite I get a [cursing removed] popup asking me to download the program. How do I turn this off. I've got 2 Pro account and get [cursing removed] like this. I've already got the scanner program on every computer and iPhone.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Adobe Scan.
I checked your account and saw an active subscription for Acrobat Pro DC. Have you checked if you are logged in with the account that has the Pro subscription? If that is the case, you should not see a pop-up to subscribe again.
IF this is not what is happening, please share a screen recording of the workflow so we can investigate further.

Thank you for sharing the screenshot. The issue you are referring to here is for the desktop version of Acrobat, while this forum is dedicated to the Adobe Scan application for mobile.

Nope, 2 work computers with good standing accounts logged in and keeps popping up. Souvik was checking with someone. I give up with tech. We are expendable even at $250 each account pop up everywhere.

Experiencing the same here. I do not want the reminder each time I log in to download an app i will never use. Also, copying text has become an issue with Acrobat. Ive already started shoppping other products as a result of these two issues.

Jonathan, this to, I manage company policies, I spend a lot of time moving data into different platforms based on our PDF 100+ operating policies. At times I just move everything into Microsoft to get it to cooperate. A month ago I was shut down cause I could not copy a paragraph.

Before the most recent update I could create a comment text box, and change the box boundary color, linetype etc... now there seems to be an active selection which only highlights the text box if you hover over it with your mouse. You cannot select the text field and pan your mouse over to the properties box to make any edits to the text box itself.

Previous reply was the wrong topic. This issue is with adobe scan ads popping up while trying to work. it happens abotu once a session.
