Adobe Sign - Sending as Text Message

Can an Adobe Sign e-signature request be sent as a mobile "sms text message" by using a phone #?  Just in case someone doesn't have internet access, an email address, or space on their phone to download the Adobe Sign App

    This can be done by enabling the setting for such. Granted, my company has an Enterprise account for Adobe Sign so I'm unsure if that's a requirement to utilize this feature, but once you enable that setting, it allows you to use your transactions for SMS delivery vs email, and you can select which method you want to send, choosing one or the other or you can send to both! So, just thought I'd throw that out there that it IS in fact a capability that Adobe Sign has, however I am unclear on whether having an Enterprise account is a requirement for such.

    I am also looking for a way to send a signing request via text, rather than email. My company has a SMS provider solution. Is there a suggested way to integrate with the third party sms vendor to send the URL for signing through text message? Possibly utilizing the API?

      Acrobat Pro - when the signer receives the email, the signer can send the agreement to their mobile in order to sign it. Clic on mobile and it ask for the mobile phone number.  They will receive a link to sign.

      It cannot be done with Adobe products. Their support had me change from Adobe Sign to Adobe Acrobat Pro DC bc they said it could be done.... And then higher level support confirmed it cannot. So many wasted hours...

        Thank you for the response. We were told by customer service and a sale rep of Adobe that text messaging worked, how frustrating this was a key feature we were looking for. Do you know of any other service that allows signature via text message?

          If Adobe Sign cannot send signature requests via sms text, can anyone recommend another service provider who offers this feature? Thanks.
