Recently got a plan for Send for Signature, and it was working fine doing a few tests until yesterday.
Now, whenever I try to upload a file to create a send for signature document within Adobe Acrobat, I get an error saying "Could not Send. An error has occurred. Please try again."
When I try to access Send for Signature from the web based service, as soon as I click on send for signature, it refreshes the same page and nothing happens.
Yes its is all working now. I did find this system of reporting frustrating and quite stressful. But it is a relief to be able to get things done again.

If not could you please let us know the LoginID you had used to Login into Acrobat\Reader.

I'm having the same problem today. Can you tell me if you were able to resolve the issue and how you did it? I've uninstalled and reinstalled and "repaired installation" and nothing works. Never had a problem with this document until today.

Could you please provide me your EmailID used to login into Acrobat.
Also the following details of the document used during the workflow:

I'm getting this exact problem too! I've contacted Adobe 6 times now with no resolution.

joet, I finally gave up on the Adobe shi--y problems they have and since my association has a free email and signing program, I signed up for that and left my Docusign in a "basic" mode.

I recently switched to adobe DC from Adobe XI pro. I had been using echosign through Adobe XI pro without issues. Now, with Adobe DC, I receive the same error message as everyone else on this forum. This is very frustrating.
