Send for Signature could not send error

Recently got a plan for Send for Signature, and it was working fine doing a few tests until yesterday.

Now, whenever I try to upload a file to create a send for signature document within Adobe Acrobat, I get an error saying "Could not Send. An error has occurred. Please try again."

When I try to access Send for Signature from the web based service, as soon as I click on send for signature, it refreshes the same page and nothing happens.

Yes its is all working now.  I did find this system of reporting frustrating and quite stressful. But it is a relief to be able to get things done again.

Was getting this exact same error a year ago and thought I'd try again today to see if they've fixed it. Same error on different files. I suppose I'll have to pick up the phone and call Adobe?

This error reminds me of Microsoft:

Could not send

An error has occurred. Please try again.

Any cure for this yet?

Having the exact same issue.  Error message when the file begins to upload.  I don't get to the part anymore where I can add recipients.  This is the only reason why I pay for acrobat!!! Hope you know a fix! Thanks!

Adobe emailed me instructions - I had to create a new account with the new email I wanted to use it's kind of a long explanation and I don't want to mess you up so I would email or call Adobe directly and they will either walk you through it or send you the email instructions. Am I allowed to post what they sent me here?

I've recently changed my email address and was on chat multiple times with support last night with no resolution. I have clients waiting to receive their agreements and need this resolved ASAP.

Hello Lexidangelo,

Can you inbox me your previous and current email address so that I can quickly check? The issue arises when the Adobe ID is being changed but the E-Sign account is not automatically updated if there is already an E-Sign account with the new email address.

I changed email back to the one I use in my Outlook profile and it works now. I had tried using an email that was being re-directed to me and that did not work

Hello,

Did your recently changed your Adobe ID to a different email address and if yes, then that's the cause of issue. Can you inbox me both the email addresses so that I can share quick steps? Please don't share them on internal forums.

Regards,

-Rijul

I'm getting this exact problem too! I've contacted Adobe 6 times now with no resolution.

Did anyone find a solution to this?

joet, I finally gave up on the Adobe shi--y problems they have and since my association has a free email and signing program, I signed up for that and left my Docusign in a "basic" mode.

Sincerely;

I also got a message could not  send; I recently changed my password for Adobe; can this be a problem?  Do I need to go in and edit my information re:password?
