Red Exclamation Point on Cloud Icon after load disconnected from ansys cloud

Getting this red exclamation point on my cloud icon after document loads. If some one is collaborating at the same time. I will lose all my changes. I've followed every trouble shooting doc I can find but won't go away.

Yes, in browser and in cloud app. Rebooted, uninstalled and reinstalled dozens of times trying to clear.

Note: We are also AEM customers as well. Not sure if that makes a difference. Others use the system without the error.

Solved. Updating this setting fixed my issue.

 

  • 1)Type "regedit" at windows search bar
  • 2)Set the value of EnableLUA as 1 at Location: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Policies\System
  • 3)Reboot the machine.
